Worked with Mr. Richard Lea and the National Program Review team AFS 40. The FAA Flight Standards Service System Process Audit Group was created in 1998 and reports to AFS 1. Their role is to perform independent and unbiased reviews and audits as directed by Federal Aviation Administrator, Director of Flight Standards. When the
organization was first created their mission was oversight and assurance of newly developed national programs such as ACAP and ATOS. I assisted them with the development and creation of their various quality system processes and procedures, controls, audit program development, staff training and auditor training. In addition, we trained
all of their auditors and staff on the various audit tools and techniques being used in todays formal third party audit programs. They have received their ISO 9001-2000 registration.
2001, National Aeronautic & Space Administration, Various National Space Centers Worked under a subcontract agreement with NQA-USA, Inc., to assist them in performing formal and internationally recognized training at various Space Centers throughout the United States. Worked with Pastor Lopez and in the development of their facilities procedures manual. This included training and on-site development of the quality system. When I first arrived at the facility there were less than five procedures in place. All were outdated and obsolete. In less than two months a quality system and supporting
procedures were developed and they successfully achieved ISO 9002 & AS 9000 registration. The manual was forwarded to the FAA and subsequently approved. Given the complexity of operations at the facility registration would not have been achieved (2 months) without the efforts of AAR personnel at the facility.

Worked with Bill Cote (Corp. Sr. VP Quality) to develop the corporate procedures manual. This included training and on-site development of the quality system. The manual was fused together with their ASA Certification Manual. They achieved ISO 9000 and AS 9000 Certification. This included sites located in Boca Raton-FL, Seattle-WA and
Long Island-NY. I am currently working with them to develop their ISO 14000 Environmental Management System.

Worked with accident investigation in the training of investigators on the techniques of auditing and how they could prove useful during investigations.
